Charlee! Why do all dogs do this? 😀

I think because there are no dog shampoos with fresh birdie poo scent. My mom uses that organic lavender and something. I try to tell her there’s just no comparison between that and fresh birdie poo.

But it seems she also prefers earthy smells! 🙂

Thanks for sharing this information. I agree with LM on those earthy smells, but am open to trying the rosemary and lemon scent. Maybe it’s more like my favorite birdie poo.

Well, you gotta get that shampoo stink off you somehow, right, Charlee girl? (So did you get another bath?)

Not another bath, although I do love them. My mom just used a damp cloth to get off any residue and told me what an effective communicator I was. 😬

Yes. My mom makes it a spa day. I love the hair dryer.

Choppy prefers the poo of her deer friends or other backyard critters. She is not a fine connoisseur of the flying species.

I must say I am a bit jealous, Choppy, as I have never had the privilege of smelling the poo of deer. Here in the desert, my selection is somewhat limited.

The deer poo has been beloved of every dog I have met around here.

I will ask my mom if we can go on a deer vacation.
